Hummus

There are a lot of different ways to make hummus, but this is by far our favorite!

Creamy and dreamy; excellent for dipping vegetables, pita, chips, crackers, or using as a protein spread inside a wrap or burrito. You can also take a tip from Jonas and eat it with your fingers!


Ingredients:

1 can chickpeas
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup tahini
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon nutritional yeast

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Jonas used our Vitamix. Blend for a few minutes, until smooth and consistent in texture.
