What is Eburg Veg?

Eburg Veg is a local resource for plant-based living in Kittitas County, WA. Follow us here on eburgveg.com and on your favorite social media networks to stay up to date on the progress of the Eburg Veg Guide, which features plant-based food options at local restauraunts. Learn simple recipes from Jonas on the Eburg Veg youtube channel, and check out the zero waste items featured in the Eburg Veg shop. All of the work involved with this project is done on a volunteer basis so it means a lot when you come out to support us at events while we work toward our goal of doing full scale plant-based popups in our very own food trailer!
