Vegan French Toast
Combine in a shallow bowl:
1 cup plant milk
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon coconut sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
Method:
Dip 6 slices of bread, soaking thoroughly and pan fry on medium heat until golden brown. Enjoy with toppings of your choice!
