Coconut Whipped Cream

Simply whip 3 ingredients together and you're done!

Tips:

  • Refrigerate your coconut milk for at least 6 hours.

  • Make sure the coconut milk is full fat (not light) and be careful to use only the cream and not the water.

  • Some people claim using a chilled bowl helps, but we use a room temperature bowl and it works fine.

  • You can use any sweetener in the place of maple syrup.

This is the perfect topping for your favorite dessert!


Ingredients:
One can coconut milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla

Method:
Combine ingredients into a bowl and mix until desired texture is achieved.
