Homemade Pasta


This recipe is from The Minimalist Baker.

Combine:
2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cups pastry flour

Add:
1 cup water (in tablespoons)

Let dough rest for 10 minutes.
 
Roll into thin sheets and cut into desired noodle shapes.
Boil in salted water, cooking to desired tenderness.
